Buying a Deliberty mailbox is like buying a toaster. You buy once and enjoy their service whenever you want. The mailbox belongs to you and only you can use it as many times as you want.

Deliberty mailboxes are powered by four batteries. When the battery is about to run out, you will receive an alert through your Deliberty APP.

At Deliberty we have created a secure process for the logistics that will make deliveries to your Deliberty mailbox and also for you.
Deliberty mailboxes are made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass and have passed quality standards that have certify their resistance and tightness even in the most aggressive climates.
The smart locking system locks the closet in the interior space of the mailbox making it inaccessible if you don´t have an opening key.

If you want to change the personal data of your mailbox, you can do it though the APP of Deliberty, clicking in "options" and selecting "my profile", or you can access to your user area by the webpage.

Yes. You have two ways to share your Deliberty mailbox:

  • You will only have one time access with that code to your device.
  • You can register the person you want as a user of your Deliberty mailbox through the Deliberty APP. In this way, the users you register will be able to generate as many codes as they want to receive packages on your device until you want.
